Donation Yoga

Accepting donations for community classes hosted around the city. 

Our current donation classes are held on Monday and Wednesday mornings at 6am at Upper Arlington Nutrition at 2148 Tremont Center, Columbus, Ohio 43221! 

Expect to build physical and mental strength as you flow through a series of yoga poses drawing on your breath as your source of power in this energizing class.

Bring a yoga mat and water and dress comfortably for a workout and a sweat.

In the spring & summer months we will practice outside at The Tremont Fountain Park.
